This application is designed for automated inspection of profile geometrical dimensions up to 5000 mm in length using 3D measurement. The inspection process uses four profilometers that enable precise measurement of parameters such as diameters, lengths, perpendicularity, radii and bow/deflection.
The profile is placed in a dedicated measuring station, where stable conditions for scanning are ensured. After the measurement is enabled, a frame with 3D sensors starts and scans the entire profile. The measurement uses reference points that determine the perpendicularity of the profile ends, total length, the position of a circular hole and its diameter, while keeping a tolerance of 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
After scanning is completed, the results are displayed on the computer monitor in graphical form, where they are visualized by colors and numeric values. Users can zoom and record measured values into a table.
Each measurement is automatically logged to a CSV file. Data are stored in folders by profile type and include timestamps. In addition, a daily summary CSV file is created, which simplifies trend analysis.
The measurement results are also saved as JPG graphic files with color markings:

- Orange
- Red
